RETURNS POLICY

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to us at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 10 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card/ debit cards for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you for the direct costs of recovering the goods.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the goods or have any other complaint about them, you should contact us, as shown below, for a refund or replacement.

We shall not be liable to you for any business losses such as loss of profits or consequential damage arising from any failure to supply the goods in accordance with the contract.

The contract formed by our acceptance of your order shall be governed by the laws of England and the English Courts (or, if you so specify, those of any other part of the United Kingdom where you reside) will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract.  

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from welovepixie.com, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You must inform welovepixie.com via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.

Contact by email sales.welovepixie.com for orders that are ‘Awaiting Dispatch’ it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.

RETURN AN ITEM

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels* within 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. EXCHANGES

Please follow the ‘Return an Item‘ procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. welovepixie.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.

FAULTY ITEM

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will refund, replace or repair your item.

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
